Award winning bacon cured by hand using the very finest specially selected Scottish pork. Smoked slowly in our smokehouse behind the shop. No water is added to our bacon, resulting in a full flavoured, meaty bacon with minimal shrinkage during cooking.

Keep refrigerated between 0-3C. Once open, use within 3 date and by the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost for a minimum of 8 hours in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. If defrosted – Do Not Freeze.
