Dry aged for a minimum of 28 days, our Beef Fillet Steaks are taken from carefully selected UK cattle to ensure exceptional tenderness and flavour. 

The most tender of all steaks, each fillet is hand cut by our butchers from the centre of the whole fillet, delivering consistent thickness and true restaurant-quality results. Naturally lean with a delicate, buttery texture, these steaks cook beautifully whether pan-seared or grilled.

These fillets were absolutely choice. Simply cooked on a hot pan. Lightly seasoned and med rare. The marbling was amazing and added a real depth to the flavour. Will definitely reorder.
