Our Smoked Ham Hough comes from the rear legs of the pig which gives a rich and succulent flavour. The Ham Hough cut we use has a slightly higher fat content than our pork loin which keeps the meat tender and full flavoured during cooking. Perfect for homemade soups and German Dishes.
