Lovely, nearly fat free mince , only reason for 4 stars , was the packaging of delivery, top of box open to elements, not enough ice blocks for size of box

I am sorry but I am not pleased with the quality of this purchase I purchased 3 packs and have cooked 2 u can clearly see lots of fat through the packaging and in cooking there was an exceptional amount of fat which I had to remove when cooked I have ordered this item previously and was delighted at the quality but not this time

Far superior to supermarket mince I get (which tends to be more red). This mince was excellent, better texture and more flavour. The whole family noticed the difference in the bolognese.
