Our Beef Olives are a true classic and a long-standing favourite.

Made using our handmade, famous Lorne sausage, each one is carefully wrapped in hand-carved slices of beef ham to deliver rich flavour and a satisfying bite. Traditional, comforting and full of character, this is a timeless butcher-made product.

Have previously bought from your company a few times and found the overall quality very good on a range of meats , however this time I found the sausage meat in the beef olives to be over seasoned with salt .
