Please note this is a whole product, and already discounted so cannot be steaked by us, will come whole and vacuumed packed.

Very good cut! Could even do with tiny bit more trimming, but doesn't really matter as quality is too notch! My favourite butcher which never disappoint! Prepared on the hot stone. Superb taste.
