Scotch Beef Short Rib

Large twin portions of meaty short ribs. Perfect for slow cooking.

First time cooking and eating beef short ribs. I was very impressed with the flavour and quality of the ribs and will certainly buy again. One thing… they were huge (4 ribs in the 2kg size pack) and too big to fit in our pot when browning the meat. So as not to ruin our knives we ended up taking them into the garden and using a power saw to cut each rib into 3. Would appreciate Reillys cutting them up before sending.

The only issue I had with these is that they hadn't been cut short and there were full size beef ribs haha. They were absolutely massive which made braising them a bit challenging but good experience overall

Well packaged and delicious meat. Order some ribeye and beef short ribs which were lovely. Will order again.
