Our Garden Mint Lamb Burgers are made using quality lamb and delicately seasoned with garden mint for a fresh, well-balanced flavour.

INGREDIENTS

Lamb (95.2%), rusk (WHEAT, salt), WHEAT FLOUR, salt, maize starch, dried onion, spice extracts (CELERY), flavour enhancer (E621), preservative (sodium metabisulphite, E223), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate, E301), nicotinamide, colour (E120).
WHEAT FLOUR contains calcium carbonate (E170), calcium sulphate (E516), iron, niacin and thiamin (4.8%).

Mint Glaze Ingredients: Sugar, WHEAT FLOUR, salt, acidity regulator, dried rubbed mint, flavour enhancer (E621), tomato powder, flavouring [SOYA, maize, colour (E150d), salt, maltodextrin, flavour enhancer (E621), modified maize starch, malic acid, paprika extract], anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), garden mint flavour.

Allergen Information: Contains WHEAT (gluten), CELERY, SOYA and SULPHITES.

Good value for money

I really like these burgers although a little gripe is that when you purchase 4 of them they come in 2 trays which are wrapped together in cling film. The burgers in the bottom tray are always squashed.
