Our Pork Links are handmade using prime cuts of pork shoulder and flank for exceptional flavour and quality.

With an 85% pork content, these sausages are bursting with rich, meaty flavour while remaining lower in fat than most supermarket alternatives. Carefully prepared by our butchers, they cook beautifully and deliver a satisfying bite every time.

I love these Pork Links!!!

Beautifully seasoned Pork Links, i made cowboy pie, which is made with these links (works well with beef too) cooked in onion gravy, it is then topped with baked beans, mashed potato and grated cheese, whack it in the oven and BOOM!!!

Meat Sausages

I've been eating what I thought were nice (Supermarket Bought) pork sausages for years. When only recently discovered that the things only had 42% pork in them. I've ordered from Reilly & sons once before and thought I would give their Pork links a try. Though they are more expensive they are very nice they are firm and very tasty. I will be restocking with these soon.
